Total Hip Arthroplasty

Client: Dr. Jefferey Gollish, Sunnybrook Orthopaedics, ON

Audience: Surgical residents

Media: Adobe Illlustrator

Total hip arthroplasty (THA) is a common surgical procedure with several widely known approaches such as the direct anterior or  posterolateral techniques. The challenge in this project was to instruct the audience on Dr. Gollish's unique approach to THA with a special emphasis on the key anatomical landmarks he uses to successfully guide his residents and team. This is the second half of a series of  16 sequential images for use in both teaching slides and print.
